Here's how we do it:

Assessment
re-mom works with Human Resources, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Wellness Teams to understand the current landscape of organizational equity gaps. We look at performance against equity targets, employee feedback, maternity leave and return numbers, attrition rates, and existing support structures to determine the gaps we can close together.

System and Program Design
Together we design systems and programs to close the gaps. These can look like a strategic mix of off/on-boarding processes for maternity leavers and returners, quarterly maternity group coaching sessions, HR and People Leader maternity support training, individual coaching licenses for re-mom e-courses, and Executive and High Performer-High Potential Female Leader 1:1 coaching.
