Hello.
Welcome to re-mom.
We partner with organizations and women to achieve a shared goal: keeping mothers in the workforce and supporting their continued career growth.
You've landed in the right place if...
-
You want to support the working mothers in your organization for increased inclusivity, to achieve equity goals, and to reduce employee attrition after maternity leave.
-
You're a working mother and can't figure out how to "do it all": be successful at work, while raising children.
-
You're looking for work-life balance, work-life harmony, work-life rhythm, or simply: how to be an effective working mother.
-
You're looking to build harmony in your household and split the duties between you and your partner equitably (reducing the mental load and default parenting, and making your home life easier).
Let's begin - select your motherhood adventure below from the description that fits your needs best:
our mission

re-mom addresses the hidden systemic issues that cause female pipeline attrition and drive women out of the workforce: inequities in the home and the workplace that ultimately cost talent, productivity, and long-term growth.
By supporting working mothers in the workplace, we help organizations develop, grow, and maintain their female leadership pipeline and reduce female attrition. By supporting working mothers with default parenting and maternity coaching, we help keep women energized, capable, and motivated to continue to work and excel in their careers.
